Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup nondairy milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- bread
Method:
- Mix together bananas, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Soak bread in mixture on both sides.
- Fry in pan at medium heat with a bit of butter or oil.
Makes: 4-5 slices of bread
