Cake Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup Nuttelex
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups icing sugar
- 2-3 tbsp warm water
- 2 tsp vegan butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa
Method:
- Mix cake ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour into cake tin.
- Bake at 180C for ~35 minutes, until knife or skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for at least an hour or your icing will melt!
- Make your icing by mixing all ingredients together. You may need to adjust the amount of liquid to get the right consistency.
- Serve and eat!
