- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 packet of fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup of brown rice
- Put rice on to boil.
- Put potatoes on to cook.
- Fry up onion and garlic in pan.
- Drain potatoes, add onion and garlic mix, add some water, add herbs and spices, allow to simmer.
- Add spinach for the last few minutes.
- Mix in rice and eat.
