Gingerbread Cookies

Unfortunately I cannot remember where I got this recipe from, so if anyone knows, please tell me so I can credit the original creator!  Pretty sure it was somewhere on though.

*1/3 cup oil
*3/4 cup raw sugar
*1/4 cup molasses
*1/4 cup non-dairy milk
*2 cups flour
*1/2 tsp each: baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon
*1.5 tsp ground ginger

1.  Mix all ingredients together.
2.  Wrap in plastic, refridgerate for 1 hour.
3.  Roll out flat and cut out shapes, or into balls and press flat.
4.  Bake at 180C for aprox. 8-10 minutes.

Makes: 16
