*1/4 cup self raising flour $0.03
*1/4 cup soy milk $0.12 (use a different milk for soy-free)
*pinch of salt
*dash of vegetable oil
*dash of raw sugar (I always put in a lot extra for my friend haha)
1. Preheat a pan to medium heat.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a fork.
3. Pour mix into pan. Wait for bubbles to form, then flip over.
Makes: One medium pancake.
Ideas: Serve with lemon and raw sugar, jam, fresh fruit or maple syrup.
